These terms apply to your use of clocknow.live (“ClockNow”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
ClockNow provides clocks, time zone information, weather, holidays, calendars and tools such as alarms, timers, stopwatches and countdowns, free of charge. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
2. Accuracy
We work hard to keep times, time zones, holidays and other data accurate, but the information is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Time synchronisation depends on your network and device. Weather data is model data and is not an official forecast. Do not rely on ClockNow for safety-critical, legal, financial, medical or navigation purposes, and always check official sources for important dates.
3. Alarms and timers
Alarms, timers and countdowns run in your browser and may not sound if the tab is closed, the device sleeps, the volume is off or the browser restricts audio. We are not responsible for missed alarms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by:
- trying to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers;
- scraping or copying the site or its data in bulk, or using automated requests that place an unreasonable load on our servers;
- framing or reproducing the site in a way that suggests it is your own;
- using the contact form to send spam or unlawful content.
5. Intellectual property
The ClockNow name, design, text and code are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party data is used under its own licences (see the credits shown at the bottom of each page). You may link to any page of ClockNow and share links freely.
6. Advertising and third-party links
The site shows advertising, including from Google AdSense, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of advertisers or third-party sites.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClockNow and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its information.

9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
